RISE UP Spring Drop-In Classes
A weekly in-person class to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and move in a way that feels supportive.
These classes are a way to step into the work of RISE UP in a more flexible format. Each class includes a short check-in, somatic movement, breathwork, and space to reset and reconnect.
This is more than a workout — it’s a space to come back to yourself.
