Through mindful practices, we can reduce stress and increase self-awareness, allowing us to live more fully in the present moment. Each session is tailored to your individual needs.

Integrative Somatic Therapy


30-min Intro to ISTP

This is where we start. During this 30-minute session, you will learn more about ISTP and what to expect during our time together. . This session will also include one or two somatic exercises so you can experience how I work with clients.


90-min Initial Intake

+ ISTP Session

We'll spend a bit more time setting up the session and gaining an understanding of each other before diving into the practice of Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice.


75-min ISTP Session

In this session, we will use breathwork, mindfulness, gentle movement, and resourcing so you can begin to heal and feel at peace in your mind, body, and nervous system.
