RISE UP is a structured 8-week journey that weaves together intentional movement, breathwork, nervous system education, and self-inquiry to support real, lasting change from the inside out.
Each session blends activation and restoration, helping you build strength, release tension, and feel more grounded in your body.

Tuesdays: In-Person Experience
A deeply immersive RISE UP journey in a supportive, in-person setting.

RISE UP is a transformative 8-week journey through movement, breathwork, and inner connection. Through guided somatic fitness, breath practices, and reflective journaling, you'll move from stress and disconnection toward greater calm, strength, and self-trust.
This is more than a workout — it’s about learning how to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body so you can feel more calm, grounded, and steady.
What’s included:

Wednesdays: Restore and Regulate
A slower, supportive in-person experience focused on reconnecting with your body.

This is an 8-week guided experience, designed for those who want a gentler pace with a deeper focus on:
• Releasing tension and stored stress
• Regulating the nervous system
• Improving mobility, balance, and body awareness
• Reconnecting with the feminine body in a safe, supportive way
Each class includes gentle somatic movement, breathwork, and simple nervous system education so you not only feel the difference, but begin to understand and support your body more deeply.
You’ll also receive a guided workbook, with simple reflections and practices to support you between sessions.
Co-facilitated with Adele Gendron (adelegendron.com), this class is a powerful, co-created experience.
Together, we guide you through a somatic journey designed to create meaningful shifts in your awareness, supporting a quantum leap in how you connect with your body, mind, and spirit.
This is the slowest and most supportive RISE UP experience.

While each class has its own pace and focus, you’ll still be supported and able to stay connected to the experience.
Thursdays: Level 2
A deeper, more expansive experience for continued exploration.
April 2 to June 4 (No class Apr 16 or Apr 23)

This is a continuation of an 8-week journey, designed for those ready to go deeper into their practice and expand their awareness.
This level offers a more advanced container with a focus on:
• Exploring deeper layers of patterning and conditioning
• Expanding body awareness and emotional capacity
• Strengthening your connection to inner guidance and intuition
• Integrating what you’ve learned into daily life
Each class builds on the foundations of RISE UP, weaving together somatic movement, breathwork, and deeper integration practices to support lasting transformation.
Designed for returning participants. Level 1 is recommended but not required. The workbook is not included.
This is for those ready to deepen, expand, and move into the next level of their practice.

Meet Your Facilitators
RISE UP is guided by Marlo Brausse, with Wednesday sessions co-facilitated by Adele Gendron.
Marlo brings a unique, integrated approach that weaves together movement, nervous system work, breathwork, and self-inquiry, creating an experience that is both physically engaging and deeply supportive.
Rooted in her own journey, this work is designed to help you build strength, deepen awareness, and learn to listen to and respond to your body in new ways, supporting meaningful, lasting change.
On Wednesdays, Adele Gendron (adelegendron.com) joins as co-facilitator, offering a grounded and intuitive presence that supports deeper connection and integration.

Level 2 is a more advanced container, offering deeper integration, exploration, and individualized support throughout the series.
Spaces are limited to ensure a supportive group experience.
FAQs
Do I need prior experience?
No. All levels are welcome. You will be guided through each session in a way that allows you to move at your own pace.
Is this a fitness class?
Yes. This is a movement based class that integrates fitness with nervous system regulation, breathwork and awareness.
What if I miss a class?
You are welcome to attend another session within the same week if space allows.
Is sharing required?
No. This is a personal and inward experience. There is no expectation to share.
Which class should I choose?
Each option offers the same foundation with a different pace and depth. You can trust what feels most aligned for you right now.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund available until March 31, 2026
50% refund available until April 1, 2026 for Thurs class and April 6, 2026 for all other classes.
No refunds after this date unless your spot is filled from the waitlist.
If the program is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
