RISE UP is a fitness class that uses somatic movement to deepen the connection to the body's internal sensations. Throughout this class, slow exploratory movements and short cardio bursts are practiced while focusing on the inner experience. It's not about how many push-ups you can do, how flexible you are, or how many calories are burned. This class is about the quality of exploration and developing a felt sense in the body.

Note: Things change. If you've taken this class in the past, expect to notice a difference in the pace and movements—less high-impact, more ease, same connection.
