My Approach

My approach to sharing Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice (ISTP) and SPIRITUS Breathwork is simple.

 

Together, we use movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation to develop a felt sense in the body. It is incredible how these modalities open a gateway for healing when paired with music, spirituality, and ceremony.

 

By creating space from our busy minds, we can witness our truth and uncover the stories that limit growth, acceptance, and love.

About me

For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about helping people make changes to their lives. As a young child I could often sense when people around me were struggling and had difficulty understanding what to do with that energy.

Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice + SPIRITUS Breathwork

ISTP is an alternative body-based therapy practice that incorporates movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to connect with our felt sense in the body and discharge stored energy.

SPIRITUS Breathwork combines conscious connected breathwork with spirituality to help us release old patterns and step into new, elevated emotions.

Online Movement

I love movement and have taught yoga and fitness classes in Calgary for over 14 years. I encourage gentle movement in all of my group and individual sessions but if you're looking for something more, check out my online fitness classes.

Classes, Events, + Trainings

 Over the years, I have hosted and co-hosted pop-up fitness classes and diverse workshops at various venues with unique collaborators. These special events are some of my favourite work. Check out the link below for upcoming classes and events in Calgary. I'd love to see you there.

Retreats

One of my favourite things to do is travel. Attending and co-hosting retreats has allowed me to meet the most incredible humans while exploring the world and learning so much about myself. Join me on my next retreat in Whitefish, MT in October 2025. 

Discover Your Inner Light

Land Acknowledgement

The land surrounding us is part of who we are and reflects our histories. In the spirit of respect, reciprocity and truth, I acknowledge the land and the Indigenous Peoples who have lived on these lands and taken care of them since time immemorial.

The land where I live, work, and play is the land of the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the îethka Nakoda Nations (Chiniki, Bearspaw, Goodstoney), the Otipemisiwak Métis Government (Districts 5 and 6), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.

I wish to convey my profound appreciation to the Indigenous Peoples of this region and the gracious offerings the land bestows upon me and my family with the utmost respect.
